WED, Inc. has announced a new funding round with Global Brain Corporation, TOPPAN Holdings Inc., Giftee, Inc., and Skyfall Inc. as underwriters. The newly raised capital will be allocated to accelerate the company's growth strategy centered around its purchase data utilization platform.
Since launching its receipt-scanning app "ONE" in_2018, WED has accumulated a massive asset of over 1.9 billion purchase data points. Building on this foundation, the company launched the "PMN (Performance Media Network)" in 2025—an end-to-end purchase performance-linked platform that manages everything from ad delivery to the measurement and reward of actual purchases. PMN has now grown into a vast ecosystem connecting 21 media outlets and a total audience of over 40 million app users.
With the capital secured in this round, WED will strengthen the following key initiatives:
1. Enhancing PMN Products: Advancing AI receipt analysis technology and expanding campaign management and effectiveness measurement features to evolve the platform into an easily accessible infrastructure for manufacturers and retailers.
2. Accelerating Partner and Customer Acquisition: Expanding media partners participating in the PMN and strengthening sales structures targeting consumer goods manufacturers and retailers.
Moving forward, WED aims to build a new marketing infrastructure anchored in offline purchase data, transforming shopping into a more enjoyable and engaging experience.
